Pro-gel zero is similar to Pro-gel 10 in many respects except in its Shore hardness. Pro-gel zero is measured at Shore OO scale as an OO-30. It offers a 1:1 mix ratio, 6-8 minute working time and 40-50 minute de-mold. It can be slowed down for a longer working time with PS Composites Retarder but most importantly, Pro-gel zero can be “softened” with PS Composites Softener In fact, even less Softener is required to soften the Pro-gel zero and to create your prosthetic appliances.
