Description

These fillers are designed to be mixed with urethane resins to modify working properties, weight, texture, and appearance. They can:

Thicken liquid resin
Reduce costs by extending volume
Increase impact resistance
Create lightweight or heavyweight castings
Improve sanding, machining, and sculpting characteristics

When blended into urethane resin, they help control shrinkage and can influence the final surface finish, ranging from smooth to textured or stone-like effects. Different versions offer unique performance benefits, allowing customization for projects like casting props, producing rigid parts, or achieving realistic material effects.

Instructions

To use, add the filler to urethane resin (Part A or mixed A+B) and mix thoroughly until uniform.
Adjust the amount to achieve the desired thickness, weight, or texture.
If not pre-mixed, combine with Part B, then mix again.
Pour or apply as usual within the resin's working time.
Avoid overfilling, as it may affect flow and cure.
Allow to cure according to resin instructions.
Wear gloves and ensure proper ventilation during use.
