Wax Based Mold Release Agents

The FormX Wax-Based Mold Release category includes high-quality aerosol sprays and paste waxes designed to ensure clean, precise demolding for various casting and molding materials. These products prevent materials from sticking to molds, protect mold surfaces, and ease tool cleanup.

ACMOS 82-2405: A universal, wax-based aerosol spray tailored for polyurethane, epoxy, and polyester systems. It dries fast, leaves no residue or buildup, is easy to remove, and delivers highly detailed replication results.
Ease Release™ 2831: A specialized, liquid wax-based non-silicone release agent optimized for polyurethane foams and elastomers. It works efficiently at operating temperatures between 71°C and 93°C with minimal wax build-up. It contains no chlorinated or CFC solvents and is compatible with aluminum, steel, and elastomeric molds.
Sonite® Wax: A reliable paste wax used both as a surface sealer and a release agent for urethane, epoxy, and polyester systems. This non-toxic, safe formulation withstands high temperatures, offers excellent release properties, and is compatible with silicone, urethane, and epoxy.
Jesmonite Release Wax: A gold-colored universal paste wax developed for plaster, Jesmonite, GRP, metal, wood, and glass molds. Beyond demolding, it simplifies the cleaning of workshop tools and tables. (Porous surfaces may require sealing prior to application)
