Activate: Drop a small amount of 99% isopropyl alcohol or the official Skin Illustrator Activator directly onto the desired color cell in the palette. Note: Never use 70% alcohol, water, or acetone.
Wait: Allow the alcohol to sit on the pigments for a few seconds to liquefy the makeup.
Apply: Use a stiff-bristled brush, a sponge (like a stipple or sea sponge), or flick the bristles for a splatter effect. Apply in thin, overlapping layers.
Remove: Apply an oil- or alcohol-based remover (such as PPI Telesis Super Solv) to gently break down and lift the makeup safely from the skin.
