The Skin Illustrator Flesh Tone Spectrum offers a comprehensive range of colors, from the palest pinks to deep, rich yellow-based tones. This system includes foundational skin shades and warming and cooling adjusters, enabling artists to fine-tune mixes for exact matches or create subtle bruising and discoloration for close-up work.
Key Features:
Rice Paper: Functions as a clean white to lighten mixes or match fair skin.
Natural 1 and 2: Serve as the starting point for most Caucasian tones, with options to adjust warmth or coolness using Coral Adjuster, Rose Adjuster 2, Vein Tone, or Olive Adjuster.
Lao 1 and 2: Ideal for yellow-undertoned complexions, can be lightened with Rice Paper or adjusted with other tones for specific effects.
Cedar Brown: A warm yellow-brown used to tan the skin or deepen any of the core flesh tones.
All adjusters are formulated to intermix cleanly with the flesh-tone system, ensuring seamless blending and consistent results. The palette is also available in dry pigment palettes, liquid, concentrate, and Singles formats.
