Description

This product is designed to significantly enhance concrete workability and strength while maintaining low water/cement ratios. Key features include:

Dosage

The recommended dosage rate is 540 to 1400 mL per 100 kg of cement, equivalent to 0.5% to 1.4% of cement weight. Dosage varies based on materials, mix design, ambient conditions, and project requirements. It is advised to create test batches of 5-10 kg of concrete to understand the effect on your mix.

Caution

Avoid overdosing water reducers, as this can lead to mix segregation. Conduct test batches before production to determine the optimal dosage.

Mixing

This product can be added with the initial batch water; however, delayed addition often results in optimal water reduction. Mixing with batch water first improves efficiency, while delayed addition allows for fine-tuning of mix consistency. When adding incrementally, mix the concrete for 2 to 5 minutes before adding more. Be cautious with superplasticizer amounts to prevent segregation.

Instructions

• Add the product to the concrete mix at a dosage of 540–1400 mL per 100 kg of cement (0.5–1.4%). It can be added with the initial batch water or introduced later in the mixing process for better control of workability. 
• Mix thoroughly for 2–5 minutes after each addition to ensure even distribution. Adjust gradually to achieve the desired flow and strength. 
• Always perform small 5–10 kg test batches before full production and avoid overdosing to prevent segregation.
