Jesmonite AC730 Liquid is the liquid component of a rapid-setting acrylic-modified cementitious composite system. It is primarily designed for glass-reinforced, lightweight, hand-laminated decorative applications. This liquid is essential for creating detailed and durable decorative castings. Please ensure to order the AC730 Base/Powder to complete the set.

Instructions:

  1. Jesmonite AC730 Liquid is the liquid component of the AC730 composite system.
  2. Shake or stir thoroughly before use.
  3. Accurately measure and mix with Jesmonite AC730 Base following the recommended mix ratio.
  4. Blend until smooth and homogeneous, avoiding air entrapment.
  5. Apply by brushing, pouring, or laminating into prepared molds or onto sealed substrates.
  6. Work within the specified working time and allow the material to fully cure at room temperature before demolding, sealing, or finishing.

Safety:

  • Use in a well-ventilated area.
  • Wear gloves and eye protection during handling and mixing.
  • Avoid skin and eye contact; rinse immediately with clean water if contact occurs.
  • Do not ingest.
  • Keep containers tightly closed when not in use and store in a cool, dry place away from children.
  • Dispose of unused material and containers according to local regulations.
