Allied FX Filthy Spray

Description

Allied FX Filthy Spray is a specialized cosmetic effects product designed to create realistic dirt, grime, and weathered looks on costumes, props, and skin. It is ideal for film, theater, and special effects applications where an authentic “lived-in” or distressed appearance is needed. This spray is easy to apply and dries quickly, producing natural, layered effects that simulate sweat stains, dust, oil, mud, or general filth.

Filthy Spray is formulated to be safe for use on most fabrics and surfaces, as well as directly on the skin (always patch-test before full application). It can be combined with other Allied FX weathering products to achieve more complex and nuanced effects. The product offers excellent control — the fine mist allows light or heavy coverage depending on the desired intensity.

To use, shake well and spray evenly from a distance of about 20–30 cm. Allow to dry before layering additional effects. The result is a realistic, non-greasy finish that enhances authenticity for professional production environments.

Instructions

Shake the bottle thoroughly before use. Test on a small, hidden area of fabric or perform a patch test on skin to ensure compatibility. Hold the spray 20–30 cm from the surface and apply in light, even passes. Build color gradually to achieve the desired dirt, sweat, or grime effect. For layered realism, allow each coat to dry before adding more or combining with other weathering products.
