Description

The Dirt Palette is a two-cell collection of Midnight Brown and Black, originally developed for Joel Harlow’s Pirates 4. The large cells enable fast, effective application over large areas, making them perfect for creating a dirty look on actors or characters.

Colors can be used alone or blended for custom shades
Works well with Skin Illustrator’s Grunge Palette
Requires Skin Illustrator Activator or 99% alcohol for activation
Avoid using 70% alcohol, MEK, acetone, or water
Easy removal with Telesis Beta Solv, Super Solv, or Makeup Remover

Instructions

To use, activate with Skin Illustrator Activator or 99% alcohol.
Apply to clean skin using a brush or sponge, building layers to achieve the desired intensity.
Blend Midnight Brown and Black for custom dirt tones.
Work in thin layers for realistic effects, allowing each layer to dry before adding more.
Do not use 70% alcohol, acetone, MEK, or water
Remove with Telesis Beta Solv, Super Solv, or Makeup Remover
Clean brushes after use and store the palette closed
