This catalyst is an essential curing agent used with the FormSil 25 base to create professional-grade, medium-soft silicone molds. It initiates a controlled curing process, transforming the base into flexible, tear-resistant molds that capture fine surface details.

Instructions

Measure the required amount of base and add the correct proportion of catalyst according to the recommended mixing ratio. Mix thoroughly, scraping the sides and bottom of the container to ensure an even blend.

Pour the silicone slowly over the prepared model or mold box, allowing the material to flow and capture fine details while minimizing trapped air. Let the silicone cure undisturbed for the recommended time before demolding.

Once cured, the mold can be used for casting resins, wax, plaster, and low-melt metals. Store containers tightly sealed in a cool, dry place.
