Description

This high-quality, pre-blended decorative concrete is designed for crafting artistic, architectural, and craft pieces. It is formulated with fine aggregates, cement, pozzolans, and performance additives, ensuring excellent workability for casting, troweling, hand-press techniques, and thin-section applications.

The mix features a smooth, bone-white base, perfect for staining, pigmentation, or polishing, enabling artisans to achieve refined, custom finishes. It provides high early and long-term strength, resulting in dense, durable, and lightweight pieces suitable for both interior and exterior applications.

Simply add water to create a versatile, professional-grade concrete that supports a wide range of creative techniques, from modern minimalist designs to organic, sculptural textures. The mix is compatible with specific pigments, fibers, and sealers, making it ideal for countertops, art objects, tiles, décor, and bespoke concrete designs where superior surface quality and aesthetic control are essential.

Mixing Instructions

1. Add no more than 750 ml of water to 4.54 kg of mix for optimal strength, resulting in a clay-like consistency. For a stiffer mix, use less water.

• Add the entire package to 4.54 kg of mix for a fluid consistency. Use smaller amounts for a softer mix without full fluidity.

• Add at the beginning of mixing for reinforcement. Fibers are mostly invisible, even when polished.

• Provides maximum strength, especially for thin objects. Add at the end of mixing to avoid breaking fibers. If visibility is a concern, apply a fiber-free layer first.

• Add pigments by weight, up to 0.25-0.5 lb per 10 lb of mix for deep color. For uniform color, add pigment to water before mixing. Mix colors for various shades.

• Mix with water to a yogurt-like consistency to fill holes. Wipe clean or polish after drying. Note that the paste tints applied areas.

• Keep concrete warm and moist for 24-48 hours to cure properly. Avoid rushing the process for maximum strength.

• Use abrasives to shape and polish the concrete. Diamond Polishing Pads are recommended for durability and ease of use.

• Apply glazes in thin layers, allowing each to dry fully. More glaze is not necessarily better.
