Power Mesh

Description

This lightweight, high-strength reinforcement fabric is designed for special effects, prosthetics, costumes, and wearable builds. 

Made from durable warp-knit material, it offers exceptional tear resistance while remaining soft and comfortable against the skin.

Power Mesh is often embedded into silicone, latex, or foam to enhance the structural integrity of appliances, masks, and wearable pieces without adding bulk or stiffness.

In prosthetic fabrication, it prevents tearing, improves durability during repeated applications, and extends the life of silicone or encapsulated appliances. 

Its open mesh structure allows materials to flow through and bond securely, creating a reinforced layer that remains fully flexible.

Instructions

• Cut the mesh to size and ensure surfaces are clean. 
• Place the mesh between or onto layers where reinforcement is needed. 
• Apply silicone, latex, or adhesive and press the mesh into place, fully saturating it. 
• Cover with another layer to encapsulate. 
• Smooth out air bubbles and allow to cure completely. 
• Trim excess if needed.
