Description

Master Maché™ is a concentrated, non-hazardous material free of asbestos, ensuring user safety. 

It features a grey body and is renowned for its strength and versatility. This product can be used as is or mixed with fillers at 10% to 50% by volume to suit different project needs.

Compatible fillers include plaster, chopped paper, gravel, dirt, sawdust, sand, cork, fibers, and more. 

The product is available in a 2.2 kg package, making it ideal for a wide range of project sizes and requirements.

Instructions

  • Place the desired amount of the dry material into a clean mixing container. 
  • Gradually add water while stirring until a smooth, workable paste is achieved. 
  • For thicker applications use less water; for smoother spreading add slightly more. 
  • Master Maché™ can be used on its own or blended with fillers such as plaster, sand, sawdust, chopped paper, cork, fibers, gravel, or dirt. 
  • Add fillers gradually, typically between 10% and 50% by volume, and mix thoroughly until evenly combined. 
  • Apply the mixture by hand or with sculpting tools to your armature, mold, or surface. 
  • Shape and refine while the material is wet. 
  • Allow the piece to dry completely before sanding, carving, painting, or sealing. 
  • Clean tools with water before the material hardens.
