ULTRACAL 30 is a premium, super-strength gypsum cement formulated to meet the demanding standards of the patternmaking, mold-making, and special effects industries. Designed for extreme accuracy and superior surface hardness, it’s ideal for applications such as duplicator models, lifecasting support shells, and precision molds. With the lowest expansion rate of any rapid-setting gypsum cement, ULTRACAL 30 ensures minimal distortion and outstanding dimensional stability—perfect for detailed, high-tolerance work.

This professional-grade material features a pot life of approximately 25 minutes and a curing time of about 80 minutes, allowing ample working time while still delivering a strong, dense finish. When properly mixed, it produces a smooth, durable surface that captures fine detail and resists chipping.

Usage Tips:

Always weigh the water first, then slowly add the powder to the water—never the reverse.

Mix thoroughly to achieve a creamy consistency.
