Description

These powder components form the mineral foundation of our Acryl Cast polymer casting system. When mixed with a liquid acrylic polymer, they enhance strength, detail, and finish. Composed of refined gypsum and mineral blends, the powders create a dense, stone-like material that captures fine surface textures while remaining lightweight and easy to handle.

Upon mixing with liquid components, the powder achieves a smooth, creamy consistency suitable for casting, brushing, or laminating. The material cures to a hard, durable surface that can be sanded, painted, polished, or finished with pigments and fillers to simulate stone, metal, or ceramic effects.

The powders are non-toxic, low-dust, and environmentally friendly, making them safe for use in studios, classrooms, and professional workshops. They provide excellent dimensional stability, minimal shrinkage, and consistent results across various projects. Instructions

Refined gypsum and mineral blends are used with liquid components to form durable, stone-like castings.

  1. Gradually add the powder to the liquid polymer and mix thoroughly to achieve a smooth, lump-free consistency suitable for casting, brushing, or laminating.
  2. Allow the material to cure undisturbed; cure time varies with thickness and conditions.
  3. Use in a well-ventilated area.
  4. Wear safety glasses and a dust mask when handling dry powder to avoid inhalation.
  5. Avoid eye contact and ingestion.
  6. Clean tools with water before the material sets.
  7. Store sealed in a dry place.
  8. Keep out of reach of children.
