Description

Instructions

This powder is the base component of the composite system and must be used with the liquid component.

• Ensure the powder is dry and free-flowing before use.

• Store in a cool, dry place and protect from moisture.

• Measure the required amount of AC-100 liquid first.

• Gradually add the powder to the liquid according to the recommended mixing ratio (typically 2.5 parts powder to 1 part liquid by weight).

• Mix thoroughly until you achieve a smooth, homogeneous, lump-free consistency, scraping the sides and bottom of the mixing container.

• Once mixed, apply or pour the material immediately into moulds or onto prepared surfaces, as working time is limited.

• Lightly tap or vibrate moulds to release trapped air and improve surface detail.

• Allow the composite to cure undisturbed; demolding time depends on part thickness and ambient conditions.

• After curing, you may sand, drill, trim, or paint castings.

• Clean tools and equipment with water before the material sets.
