CALCAST® 300 is a 100% α – hemi hydrate.The plaster is calcined in a so called autoclave under steam pressure which gives a different kind of crystal structure.It needs less water to hydrate and therefore the hardened end product is much harder than that of traditional plaster

pot life: 4 mins - Curing time: 3 mins - water: 32 - 42gms Powder:100gms

It is mostly used for:

- casting decorative items
- master moulds
- building chemistry as an expansive agent for high alumina based mortars
general use where an extreme hardness is required
